Lifeshop is a space for adult emotional education – where you can learn all the things no one ever teaches us.
Because what’s more useful: geometry, or how to communicate with someone you love?
Our workshops are in-person, experiential, practical, and make emotional growth (dare we say) fun.

Yes, these are "emotional" workshops, but they are all delivered in a way that your grandma could understand.
Theory and practice
You’ll get helpful frameworks and tools to apply to your real life, AND you'll actually practice them -- so they're not just “learned” but experienced.
Financial accessibility
We believe this work should be accessible to anyone who is curious about it (while still wanting to offer fair wages).
We offer scholarships, and no one is turned away for lack of funds.
