Breakups

Society hands us endless scripts for falling in love, but offers zero structural blueprints for how to actually fall apart, much less how to do it well. Come learn how to navigate heart break and relationship endings with precision, dignity, and grace.

What it's about

We hear endlessly about how to fall in love, and almost nothing about how to fall out of it.

So when we can sense our relationships starting to unravel, most of us bungle it: we avoid the conversation, stay too long, leave too fast, or turn the ending into something way messier than it needs to be.

But what if endings weren’t failures — just a natural part of being in relationship?

In this Lifeshop taught by Priestess Francesca, we rethink what it means to end well, and how to say a good goodbye. You’ll look at the patterns that make breakups harder than they need to be, understand what’s actually happening in attachment, grief, and release, and learn tools to navigate endings with more clarity and connection.

Whether you’re currently going through a breakup, holding onto a past one, or want to build stronger relational skills going forward, this…
