This Lifeshop, taught by Elizabeth Powell, will help us see the surprising truths of how we subconsciously hold ourselves back.
Through the four steps of the Immunity to Change method (Harvard), we'll explore the lasting changes we want to make, identify how we're holding ourselves back, and learn practical tools to shift our mindset.
It isn't about pushing harder, blaming ourselves, or trying even more -- but instead, shifting our mindset so it works for our goals rather than against them.
