Our touch says so, so much, often without us even realizing it. And yet we never learn this unspoken language of connection head on!
How to Touch is a playful exploration of how we communicate and connect beyond words.
In this Lifeshop taught by Court Roberts, we will learn a different approach to the magical physical, social and emotional language of touching and being touched.
Through guided practice, we’ll explore how to listen through touch, how to reassure, how to regulate, and how to deepen our connection.
It will be fun, approachable, consensual (nothing sexy, and you don’t have to do ANYTHING you don’t want to do), and connective — you have nothing to fear!!!
