What it's about
Why can it feel impossibly hard to do something you know you need to do? Even something you genuinely want to do!
You might think that it's a discipline problem, or that this time, you'll actually start tomorrow. But then there you are: it's tomorrow, and you're doing everything but the thing itself. You've suddenly realized that you urgently need to clear your room.
It can be so hard to actually start something, and it only gets harder as the tasks just sits there -- getting louder and more stressful. The good news is: you're not lazy, you're just avoiding something you don't want to experience.
In this Lifeshop taught by our founder Alex Simon, we’ll break down the real mechanics of procrastination. We'll get underneath it to understand what we're actually avoiding, why it works (in the short term), and how to move through our own blocks.
