Most of us sense this, but we don’t slow down enough to really look at it, so we keep investing in relationships that don’t quite match who we’re becoming.
This Lifeshop, taught by Adam Bendell, is a clear-eyed, surprisingly relieving look at the people in your life and the roles they actually play. Not every relationship is meant to meet every need, and a lot of disappointment comes from asking people to be something they’re not.
You’ll map out who influences your energy the most, what different dynamics pull out of you, and where expectations might need an update. We’ll also explore how relationships evolve as you do, and how to shift them with more intention (without just blowing up your life or cutting people off).
