The Art of Vulnerability

We all crave connection but fear being truly seen. In The Art of Vulnerability, we'll learn how to show up with more honesty, and discover how good (and safe!!) it can feel to be seen.

What it's about

It’s so, so hard to show ourselves to others. We want to be seen, but not too much. We yearn for closeness, but... protect ourselves from it. As much as we long to connect, we are terrified to really let someone in. The Art of Vulnerability is dedicated to this push-pull of vulnerability: the wish to be known, and all the fear that comes with it too.

In this Lifeshop led by Racheli Yardeni, we’ll explore what happens when we stop performing, doubting ourselves, and holding our walls up. Through exercises from Authentic Relating, we’ll practice sharing ourselves honestly, receiving others with care, and discovering how good (and safe!!) it can feel to be seen.

You'll leave with more freedom and confidence in expressing yourself, some practical ways to be more honest, and some tools for how to be there for others when they're being vulnerable too. This…
