Too Nice: How to be a Little Bad
If you’ve spent most of your life being the “nice one,” you may have learned to hide parts of yourself to keep others comfortable. This workshop is a chance to safely explore those hidden edges—and discover the freedom of letting a little more of yourself exist in the room.

What it's about
Is the idea of being a little bit bad terrifying...or secretly thrilling?
Most of us learned early: be good. Follow the rules. Don't be too much, too loud, too selfish, too weird.
Maybe it worked for a while, but somewhere along the way, "being good" started costing us something: our desires, our edges, our full selves.
This workshop, taught by Zack Viera, will help you find, understand, and actually use the part of you you've been keeping locked up.
We'll get curious about the parts of you that you've been told (or told yourself) are too bad to let out. The wants you wouldn't dream of saying out loud. The no's you swallow. The version of you that shows up in the middle of the night, in your journal, or never shows up at all.
Expect some laughter, some discomfort, and maybe the surprising relief of finally letting your bad side out…
