You don’t have to believe everything you think.
Most of us live with a running commentary in our heads. A voice that worries about what might happen. One that judges what we just said. Another that tries to keep everything under control. But what if those voices aren’t the whole story?
In this workshop taught by Lifeshop’s own Lila Brady, we’ll explore a different relationship with these voices. We will offer a few different interpretations of this mystery of a higher self and practice touching this place that exists within each of us, while acknowledging that this is a lifelong journey.
Through guided exercises, reflection, and conversation with fellow travelers who quickly won’t feel like strangers, you’ll take a step toward relating to a steadier place within yourself, a part that is compassionate, grounded, and able to hold everything else.
